New HDD not showing in 'My Computer'

My new Samsung 750GB HDD arrived today so I promptly installed it but it isn't showing up in My Computer. Its showing in the POST sequence and also in device manager, speedfan etc etc

Any ideas?

All sorted, I needed to do that Disc Management thingie. Thanks a lot buddy.
