New headset £50 or less

Hi guys,

I need another headset and was hoping for some suggestions. It is for both PC and Xbox gaming so ideally needs to work out of the box for both.

Need good audio positioning and an excellent microphone. No more than £50 though so it's probably a lot to ask.

Any help appreciated! :)

How much we talking on this deal? Better than £40?

TBH OP ive tested everything from razer, corsair, mad catz, plantronics, steel series and the best ive found so far are logitech, get the 7.1 blue pair they are under £50 atm if you google it or wait for the above deal, although ive never tried them and the cups look like they will hurt your ears?
 
no idea but that 40 has passed unless another seller is doing it now.

cups didn't hurt my ears check out ryans review in soundcity of them
 
Thanks for the responses.

The kingston headset concerns me a bit only because I don't really class kingston as audio experts. I might be wrong though so am willing to give them a chance.

With regards to the logitech I'm having trouble finding them? The CAL's look good but a clip on mic isn't exactly an excellent microphone. I would have to spend quite a bit more to get a decent one.

In this instance kingston have essentially re-used a very good headset they've packaged it with more things and set the price at a better and more realistic price point.
