Hi guys first of all thanks for reading. I was wondering if you guys can help me with a bit of a dilemma that I'm having. I currently have the Sennheiser PC 350 pro headset, however the inline volume adjuster causes loss of sound in one ear if it is not positioned correctly and the ear cup material has fallen apart.
I have done some research and I understand that there are fixes available but I just fancy something new.
I am currently using this headset on the Asus Maximus VII Hero board so only using onboard sound. Bearing this in mind am I actually getting the full potential out of the headset?
I did consider buying the Sennheiser game Zero headset but I would just like to buy something cheaper if I am actually not going to benefit due to using only onboard sound.
Max budget is £200, I tend to play long gaming sessions of CS:GO or DayZ so comfort is a must, preferably over ears.
Thanks for reading and I look forward to the replies!
Edit: Wired is a must, thanks.
