New heatsink

Need a replacement for my AMD Heatpipe cooler, I bought 3 off of here for £1.01 each so not a lot lost, but the fans have run down on all 3 of them within the space of a few days.

Just need something as cheap as possible for the equivalent performance really, this one keeps it at 31*c idle (C&Q off) and 44*c load.

Any newer budget alternatives coming out or just the TX3 as a usual?

What does 'run down' refer to?

Start making grating/scratching/hissing noises. Like a sleeve bearing fan that's dying, 'xcept they're meant to be ball bearing.
