I'm not sure if all the parts are compatable, this is my first build. Budget is £600. Will be used for animation rendering and a bit of gaming.

Welcome also and you might want to think about home premium, that way you have the Aero desktop. With a nice system like that it would be a shame to not have thinks look pretty :)

Aero- Thanks. I'm not really bothered about the look of my desktop, I still use the old 98 style layout for some strange reason.

Yeah I have HD's and drives.
