New House, New TV

hi guys,
Just wondering if anyone can help me with a new TV purchase.
I'm moving into my new house soon and just need to look at my options with regards to TV's.
I have a 360 and hopefully will be getting SkyHD soon so it must be HD ready.
Was thinking between 32-46" need to weigh up size with cost etc.
Anyone got any ideas?
any help would be much appreciated,

distance would be about 2-3 m most probably.
and £1000-£2000
but preferably closer to the 1000 mark.
