When your gf kicks you out what are you going to do about all the holes left in her walls and celing 
the indent in the wall behind the sofa, was that already there or is that a false wall you've put in for the cables? I might have also wall mounted the front speakers to match the rears. looks very nice and tidy, good effort.

Do you get a stiff neck?
The screen looks a bit high, I personally have a small TV on a wheeled unit that slides out the way when I use the projector so I can have the screen at a natural line of sight.

I suspect hes run them into the ceiling like I did, the reason I didn't do it with a HDMI is that they are bloody expensive (or were) for long runs, so I'll be in the same boat, I did run fibre to the projector for when I go HDMI so I can do exactly what we see here

Then i have HDMI from DVD to Projector.
I decided early on for the main sauce of the projector i.e my Panasonic DVD player to be as near as possible there for shorting the cable.

very nice job there i would have agreed with Mujja about front speaks on the wall then hiden cable like you did with rears but im still jealousy
