When your gf kicks you out what are you going to do about all the holes left in her walls and celing ;)

the indent in the wall behind the sofa, was that already there or is that a false wall you've put in for the cables? I might have also wall mounted the front speakers to match the rears. looks very nice and tidy, good effort.

Do you get a stiff neck?

The screen looks a bit high, I personally have a small TV on a wheeled unit that slides out the way when I use the projector so I can have the screen at a natural line of sight.

I suspect hes run them into the ceiling like I did, the reason I didn't do it with a HDMI is that they are bloody expensive (or were) for long runs, so I'll be in the same boat, I did run fibre to the projector for when I go HDMI so I can do exactly what we see here :)

I ran a

optical From the DVD to Amp
2x phone from DVD to wireless Headphone
3x Phone From Project To PS2
s- Video From Projector to DVD - R

These are all been ran down the wall & underneath the wood floor

Then i have HDMI from DVD to Projector.

I decided early on for the main sauce of the projector i.e my Panasonic DVD player to be as near as possible there for shorting the cable.

Where did you get the screen from?

Just realised, the deep black border around the image improves the contrast and overall look no-end. :)

i have sent you an email to your hotmail account confirming where the screen was from.

Looks fantastic, can i also ask where you got the screen from? I could do with a new one :) Same with the ceiling mount, as i might be going digital projector wise from my CRT beast.
