New HSF unit for Prescott plz

OK, the wife's PC has a 3.0GHz P4 Prescott and the noise the stock fan makes is driving us insane! Firstly, you constantly have to keep the heatsink totally free of dust - one spec in there and it goes into turbo speed. And at the turbo speed it sounds like an insane vacuum cleaner

So looking for something that cools very nicely and is also whisper quiet. Will probably get some AS to go with it. Haven't got a budget in mind - but can't afford anything too high end.

Make sure the case cooling is sufficient too, if the case gets too hot inside then the cpu cooler has to work twice as hard.
