New HTC Vive facial computer.

cost :/ but tbh considering the full price of a Quest 3 and the added features you get with this headset i think its possiibly a good trade of. things like native cable option, eye track, fully body track.
cpu is down side though. i think he got it right though, this will predominatly be a cable / wireless streaming headset. with the CPU being there for the 3 demagraphic, home media
ah i misunderstod. XR2 G1 not XR2 G2

on paper it looks good its got some interesting features

£1000 basically for a VR ready device quest 3 current £619
so extra 400
bu tpeople need to remeber quests are subsidied if i remember correctly.

comes with 7-8 games wirth min £100 at £15 per title for 7 titles

wired streaming kit im mixed feeling on only because need to see performance vs exsiting options on quest 3. not everyone will need or want it

Quest 3 is £409 now. the 512gb is £469.

The vive focus also has the older chip, so the newer quest 3 exclusive games won't run on it.

Hall effect joysticks though.

If it was pancake lenses, I reckon they'd have had a seller for PCVR, without that, and not even OLED, I don't see how it does that well.

In the end, how does it compete with the quest pro? Same chipset, worse lenses, worse screens etc.
