Hey guys heres my planned build. Will house mobo, cpu, ram and graphics in sig.

I think it will all fit together alright but was just wondering about some things.

Is the be quiet psu any good? I really want as least noise as possible which brings me to the hdd. Its the green power WD which are supossed to be power saving and quiet right? If I have room for an SSD I may squeeze one in somewhere for OS and then have 2 750GB hdd's.

Im also wondering what is the quietest bluray reader and dvd rw available however I'm not really looking to spend much more than 75 quid so I think I'm going to be quite limited.

Any other issues anyone spots please make suggestions. Looking to order thursday next week :D

Thanks

Which mobo? Why such a large case... plenty of SFF systems/barebones that would do job smaller and less obtrusive looking in lounge

Though the fusion is a lovely looking case and for many it will fit perfectly with their amps.

I have a samsung spinpoint F2 1.5TB ecogreen and I've got to say it is damn near silent. I guess the WD will be pretty similar.
I've heard good things about the PSU, but never used it myself.
I had an older version of that keyboard, they are remarkably good value for money.

What is the rest of your rig?

Thats the thing, there are other cases around but for the price range Im looking and the features I want the fusion seems the obvious choice. Aluminium front with minimalistic style plus 120mm fans and full height expansion slots.

Yea I reckon the fusion will fit nicely with my hifi/amp, its an old technics and is quite large. Good to hear about the keyboard as there were a few reviews stating it had rubbish signal strength. Definately after one with a small touchpad though.

I think its between samsung and wd hdds, will try and find a few reviews.

The rig thats going in with all that is as my sig, so E4300, G33 mobo, 4gig1066 ram and a hd 4830 with hdmi output.

the sony reader is not too bad, im using but i would save your pennies for an LG super multi blue just got one and using with antec mini skeleton
