new HTPC build

thinking of getting the following for a new HTPC build, can I have your thoughts on it?

HyperX 8gb 1866mhz (2 x 4GB)
GIGABYTE H97N-WIFI Intel LGA1150 H97 Mini-ITX Motherboard
Corsair Builder Series CXM 430W Modular 80 PLUS

no it will be acting as a plex media server running out to 3 roku boxes, laptops, another desktop and providing I can get fibre out to other family members. Obviously this would be completely overkill for a machine just to playback movies.

I will be putting my ssd/hdd's from my current machine inside this
