Houston, We Have a Problem.

Built a HTPC with the following specs,

AMD Athlon 5350 2.05GHz Quad Core Processor
Asus AM1I-A AMD AM1 (Socket FS1b) DDR3 Mini ITX Motherboard
OCZ Solid3 60GB SATA 6Gb/s SSD.
4GB 1600Mhz Zepplin Ram.

Only thing i didn't have was ram,so i borrowed 2x 1gb sticks from another machine and everything was okay so thought i was good...then waiting for my 4GB of ram to come.

Received my ram today,Put it in...switched on and went into Bios,Shows the ram fine.

Started Memtest 86+ as i wanted to make sure the ram i bought was good.
Went downstairs for like 30 mins, come back up and the computer was off.
I thought wtf,why is it off!

Tried switching it back on,nothing..removed and re-inserted ram..nothing,took out cmos and re-tried..nothing?

The little LED on the motherboard is on,So it is receiving power..but so far everything ive tried, even removing the ram and seeing if it will come on..nope.

I tried it without the ram to see if it would simply spin the fan..nothing,Its as if the PSU isnt switching it on anymore..even though i can see the green light light up on the board.

As for the 4gb ram,it was working..i booted to bios, ran memtest and all was looking good..but like i said when i come back from downstairs it was switched off...now it wont ever come back on.

Il try putting in the 2x1gb sticks again, but i doubt it will do anything.

EDIT - Tried the other ram,Nope nothing..system is dead.
