I currently have this very cheap £30 Head Unit that was a quick replacement just to have some music in the car.

As you can see even without the face plate on, It's silver, looks horrible and sticks out loads!

I want a new one that "blends in" a bit more so I would like it to be as black as possible. The only requirement is that it can play mp3 CD's and It would be nice if it had an AUX input at the back (no use if it's at the front).

Any suggestions Please?

Looking for one with a rear aux input limits you choices severally, as the trend at the moment that most of the manufacturers are going towards is front aux and rear ipod integration. However, most of the new mid range Pioneers do have a rear aux input, and they also happen to be very black and sleek (although very shiny as well so they will still stick out a bit). You didn't mention a budget so I will link you to what I believe is their cheapest unit with rear aux which is pretty good:

There is also this Kenwood which is black with rear aux, and its not bad for the money, although I think the Pioneer is worth the extra:

The best ones for blending in would be a Becker as they are made from a non-shiny normal black plastic similar to most car dashboards, but they're very expensive (although you do get good quality and brilliant sound for the money), but I don't think any of their current range offer rear aux inputs.

I don't really have a budget but the Becker is pushing it a bit too much tbh, even though they do look Very OEM.

I could live without the aux if it blended in better. Any other suggestions?

Well the Panasonic C1475 has quite an OEM look to it:

As does the Sony GT50UI:

But neither are units I would normally be likely to recommend, although theres nothing particularly wrong with them. To be honest, as your main requirement is one of looks, which is a very subjective thing, your best bet is to just look through some on some car audio sites with decent pictures and pick the one you like the look of the most. If you narrow it down to a few and can’t decide, you could also have a look at the actual manufacturers websites, as they usually have very high resolution pictures and often from multiple angles. Heres the links to the main ones to save you having to google them:
