New i5 760 build needs help/feedback

Looking at buying i5 760 build this week, Just seeing if the following build be alright to hit 4.0GHz with out to much trouble.

Intel Core i5 760 2.80GHz (Lynnfield) (Socket LGA1156)

Not to sure on what RAM to go for:

G Skill Ripjaw 4GB (2x2GB) DDR3 PC3-12800C8 1600MHz or Patriot Viper 2 Sector 5 4GB (2x2GB) PC3-12800C8 1600MHz

As for the MB choice so far are:

Asus P7P55D-E Intel P55 or Gigabyte GA-P55A-UD3


Any feedback on choice of MB and RAM would be real helpful or even on the other i5 760 builds.

I already have Corsair HX 520w, Corsair H50 and ATI 5770 x2 which i have already and can help with above choices.

and you have two 5770 so will need a motherboard that does Crossfire symmetrically, such as.

I got the exact same cpu, memory (ripjaw), asus p7p55d-e and I also use 460gtx 1gb and 650w corsair psu. Works good.
