Just scroll down a bit to the flash player, looks like the new game is called "RAGE".
Interesting to note that the old guy in the vid looks a lot better ths time around, probably as its not recorded off a screen and the detail is easier to see.
Also carmack lets the cat out of the bag by saying in the interview that a version of a quake arena game will come using that new engine.
