New iMac

Finally got my new 27" iMac a couple of days ago, very happy with it. One thing i have noticed though is that the apple logo at the top left of the screen is half faded. The top third is black and the bottom 2/3rds is grey. Anyone else noticed this?

Btw, how did you notice that? I've had mine 5 weeks and never pay attention to the gradient shade of black on about 20pixels...sitting normal distance away I can't tell.

Sitting about 3 feet from the screen its as clear as day to me. Do you not hover over it with your cursor to put the mac to sleep?

It seems to change, i'm looking at it now and its almost all black. Strange, but i'm not worried.
