these are very much up there specs wise with some of the best heatsink and rad fans.

certainly looking at the airflow and static pressure stats, it should perform admirably on a radiator surface too

That was the exact reason I was thinking about it.
Its quieter than the Corsair fans, but its also flat and square so should be no loss of pressure.

The Piranha fan is primariliy a high airflow fan, the high static pressure advertised needs this type of fan design to run at higher speeds so bear that in mind if you're thinking of using it on a radiator, it wont maintain the SP at low/quiter rpm's as well as those designed to operate at those low speeds.
Can't wait to see some reviews.

Thinking theese would be excellent on a heatsink. And theyre much better looking than the vipers. Wouldnt be surprised if we see a 140mm version at some stage. Akasa eventually released 140mm apaches and vipers. Two of theese would go nicely on my k2.

With the blade design like that they may be quieter, the spec looks good.

Id have thought that cutting teeth shapes into the fan blades would have made them less efficient? as in it will be moving slightly less air volume?

air volume would stay the same i think. the 'teeth' are more likely to simply cause ripple in the air movement

Noctua fans have them to reduce something. To make them quieter.
