New installation of OSX

Hi

what’s the easiest way to get OSX onto a new internal ssd? With windows put the ssd in the machine and then boot off of the image on a pen drive and instal. What’s the best way with OSX?

2017: it’s all ok but I got a new ssd so what’s the best way to get OSX onto it and then boot from it?

So I need a external ssd reader for my internal ssd. Any recommendations ?

My ssd is an internal one ? So I need to plug it in to the laptop somehow
