New Intel Core 2 Quad Q6600 Build - Advise

I'm currently looking to spend under £400 on a new build consisting of;

Intel Core 2 Quad Q6600, Motherboard, Ram and Psu

I want to be able to overclock to 3.0Ghz+, though I'm not sure whether to get 1066Mhz or 800Mhz ram.

I can get the following for £380 including vat and P+P;

Coolermaster Real Power 700W - (I want this to last several years, for future upgrades etc)
Crucial 2GB Kit (2x1GB) Ballistix Memory DDR2 PC2-8500
Intel Core 2 Quad Q6600 G0
Asus Motherboard P5KC

Any advice/suggestions for other components greatly appreciated

Cheers, my main concern is the mobo; i don't want to spend £90 on the p5ke, so is the p5kc better than a standard p5k?
