Hi again,

Just wondering, i've been with Pipex for a while now on my 2MB connection, only problem really was the fact that they started 'shaping' my downloads speeds after download a load of linux distro's after i was experamenting with a load for my laptop (eventually went with ubuntu for those who are linux g33ks :p) Anyway, i've managed to bypass this with a different client...

That was the only problem with them, even after phoning them up and explaining. So i'm currently paying £34pm which is quite expensive, and im looking to upgrade to 4MB. Pipex wont drop the price to £24 which is what NEW customers would pay, so im looking for a new ISP with proper 'unlimted' no traffic shaping ISP for roughly the same price, or lower than £34.

Failing that, an ISP with caps, but are quite high.. i dont download a huge amount anymore, but still get a lot now and again.

Any advice would be appreciated, i have already checked adslguide, but just wanted some of your oppinions!

Cheers :D

It's probably worth pointing out none of those are unlimited, but you won't find an ISP offering unlimited, without using LLU (Samknows is your friend), who'll be around more than a month later.
Zen's certainly unshaped, UKFSN (AKA Enta) was when they ran out of capacity - whether it's completely gone remains to be seen.
