New ISP - Another Thread

I'm with Plusnet at the minute (£14.99 with 2GB), supposidly getting 8Mb, but its about 2.5. I'm paying BT Line rental £10 per month, then calls on Sky Talk (Couple of £ per Month). - Total about £27 a month ish!

So basically I want a better deal.

Prefably, unlimited Net (Or largish allows)
Inclusive Calls and Line Rental

And, As I don't think I'll have Sky for much longer (to expensive), and I don't think Sky Broadband will be in my area for a while), I really want better value for money.

Any Suggestion Please.

Also, is Talk Talk still really Bad?

Virgin. Seriously. No 12m tie in and they don't overcharge... (I got the £17.99 package and downloaded 87Gb last month)..... they do throttle speeds at peak times if you're downloading a lot though (never had it slower than 2mbs)

They do phone 'stuff' as well. Should sort you out.

Sound a bit dodgy to me.

Any on this you need to pay £6.99 for calls, and then onto you have your BT line Rental....not that cheap really.

Anyone with other suggestions, or am I just tight?

I was going to go with Virgin due to their no minimum contract but they charge 50 quid if you cancel within the first 12 months making it more or less irrelivant. We wanted it for 9 months for a student house, the extra 3 months of normal charge came to 53 pounds.

Nope... no idea why. £17.99 came out my account as normal.....

And as for £50 charge... I've cancelled before and not got charged....?
