New ISP

I have been with F2S for just short of 4 years, even through their customer service sucks the BB service was always great, until pipex have taken over, I have seen a real drop in service, which for the past 5 days has left me unable to use Ventrilo for no apperent reason.

I have been thinking about changing for a while so does anyone have any info on who to look at and the kind of service to expect from them? Who to avoid etc?

I,m with Nildram and they are noe part of Pipex too,and there service is up and down ,i have heard that Zen is a very good service ..

Zen is expensive, but you get what you pay for

Wouldnt touch nildram with barge pole anymore tbh. since the takeover Throttling and traffic shaping is rife.

not to mention the download limits.

no1 atm, dont move into my new house till friday. but im going with Be there.

but they require your exchange to be enabled as they are a LLU provider

my parents are with nildram though, but they are a bit old fashionned in there ways

i've told them they can get far better for less money elsewhere, but they insist on staying with them "because its too much hassle to change"

have a search for nildram on here, there have been a few threads about them before.
