O2/Be are supposed to be very good, and if you are an O2 phone customer you get discounted broadband. Might be worth a look

Fair use clause is rarely ever used by Be or O2. A lot of people download in excess of 300GB a month and not get any telling off. There is also absolutely no throttling at any time in the day.

Those recommendations are for Be/O2's LLU based services. If all you can get is O2 Home Access then don't bother.

O2 give £50 cashback via this site http://www.quidco.com/o2-home-broadband/

Combined with the first 2 months free http://broadband.o2.co.uk/home/index.jsp

The (1 year) prices for a non o2 mobile customer is

£72.30 for upto 8mbps (standard)
£96.70 for upto 20mbps (premium)
£180.20 for the pro package.

If you are an o2 mobile cistomer then you can knock roughly £60 off above prices. Usually works out cheaper than Be*.
