New item thats been opened!?

Should i be concerned that my new saphire x1900xt shows sighns that its been opened and used ?

Both tabs have been pealed open on the box , ive got no way of testing it cus it's been bought for a new conroe build and old system is long gone.

Card looks mint tbh apart from marks on the 2 back dvi connecters

Send it back mate if you bought it from new not from the B grade section

Ask the supplier if it's been used before, and if so, either send it back or ask for a discount. You ordered a new one, and have a right to receive a new one.

Some shops that keep cards on display do open the boxes and remove the contents as they dont like to keep expensive, potentially stealable parts on the shelves. But that shouldnt be the case with a mail order part.

hmmm, damn i shoulda sorted this when it arrived tbh, ive had the card about 3 weeks now, i noticed this when i got it, but i let it go at the time, because i bought it from a reputable place and thought they wouldnt send me crap.

But the more i think about it the more worried i am about the card being borked.

I wouldnt worry about it, it'll work, if not you can still send it back for a replacement.
