Looking to have a major overhaul to an Ivy Bridge system as I'll start to render come October on a regular basis and my current build is 3 years old now so fancy something newer/faster as a gaming/media/randering PC.

I currently have the following components already from previous build:
  • OCZ ModXStream Pro 700w Silent SLI Ready ATX2 Modular Power Supply
  • Asus GeForce GTX 560Ti DirectCU II TOP 1024MB GDDR5 PCI-Express Graphics Card
  • Cooler Master HAF X Gaming Tower Case - Black (RC-942)
  • LG GH22NS30 22x DVD±RW SATA Dual Layer ReWriter (Black)
  • Plethora of Western Digital HDDs
  • Relevant cabling
... looking to add the following:
  • Gigabyte Z77X-UD5H Intel Z77 (Socket 1155) DDR3 Motherboard £173.99
  • Intel Core i7-3770K 3.50GHz (Ivybridge) Socket LGA1155 Processor (77W) - Retail £257.99
  • Arctic Silver 5 Thermal Compound (3.5g) £8.99
  • Samsung Green 16GB (4x4GB) DDR3 PC3-12800C11 1600MHz 30nm Dual/Quad Channel Kit (MV-3V4G3D/US) £94.78
  • Noctua NH-D14 Dual Radiator CPU Cooler (Socket LGA1366/LGA1156/LGA1155/LGA775/AM2/AM2) £72.98
  • Crucial RealSSD M4 256GB 2.5" SATA 6Gb/s Solid State Hard Drive (CT256M4SSD2) £191.99
  • Asus Xonar D2X 7.1 PCI-E Sound Card £85.99
  • Akasa SATA-III 50cm Rounded Data Cable (Right-Angle Connectors) (AK-CBSA01-05BK) £5.99
  • Total :£892.69
Toss up between the NH-D14 and the Silver Arrow but the Noctua quotes lower noise ratings. Any light or opinion to be shed on this?

Probably upgrade to a 670/680 when the new GK110 range gets released.

Just wanted to sure up that I haven't missed something critical...?
