Anyone else found the hot air balloon you can fly? Use the heaters to raise it up and run against the side to move it, best view of Panau!

Yep, I found it yesterday, when I was wondering what the question mark was on the limited edition map... It's pretty cool, until I fell out and lost it :p
 
I've put about 8 hours into this game now and only 7% completed, massive amounts of fun!

There's nothing like grappling a random to your car then dragging them around everywhere :D A lot of fun to be had in pulling statues' heads off too then using them as a wrecking ball.

I'm only in the bottom right of the map at the moment (where you begin the game), 100%ing every base and collecting all the drug drops/skulls/black boxes, it's so tempting trying to complete everything.

Also, planting triggered explosives all over a base (petrol tanks, guard towers, SAM guns, generators) then escaping to a vantage point and hitting detonate = awesome :cool:
 
I've had to put my gameplay on hold anyway. Sony were meant to send a courier to my workplace yesterday to swap over my console. They sent him to my home address, meaning my one day off (today) has to be spent waiting for bleedin' DPD. Grr, argh.
 
have any of you guys 100% the CAPE CANAVERAL rocket site ?

i got 95% and flew over the whole site but cant find the last item/goverment buliding, my radar does not light up so i think its a goverment buliding im missing but cant find it anywhere?

Completed it last night. Think i got like 29.7% odd! :D

Story was so bad it was funny. Gonna try to get as much done now as i can before i get bored or before Red Dead Redemption, whatever's first.

Yup. Don't ask how though. And the Financial District in Panau City. Bloody nightmare they are. Wish I could leave them at 80-90%!

One of the less obvious ones was a crate on/around a small building (bit like a bunker) on one of the T-junctions leading to one of the rocket sites. Also, behind the main building there's a little area with one or two bits in I think. Try flying up and around each rocket tower too - might set of the radar thing.

Just this minute got 100% on Cape Carnival. The hardest part were the 3 launch pads. Stuck on 95% for a while and just hovered round the site in a chopper till the signal lit up and found the last box on a roof with a set of stairs that hides the box in the shadows. I think there was a rocket launcher guy on that roof.
