What song has he covered this time? It's a classic song, but can't remember who made the original.

The song is nothing special IMO, just him jabbering over a good tune as usual..

The brass theme is Move On Up by Curtis Mayfield. Nice work on choosing the most ridiculous line of the whole song to dismiss it, some of the other lyrics are really great in my opinion (although a lot of it I must admit depends on whether you know what he's on about).

AFAIK, Hey Mama hasn't been released as a single.

Definitely, on the whole I don't actually like Late Registration as much, doesn't seem as cohesive.

The skit before hey mama cracks me up!

Mamma dressing up as the christmas tree, lol!

I think hey mama was to be released on the first album, but never made it. An excelent song never the less.

I agree this current album is fabulous!

It wont make number one, not enough teenage girls to buy the legitimate cd's!
