I expect this is stupid and I am missing the obvious. I have just received my new built Katana, and it runs great, but the RGB lighting on it does not change or turn it off when I use the hand control. It looks very nice if you like RGB, but there must be a way to turn it off or change the pattern. The small light on the hand control flashes when I push a button, but nothing changes. Turning the lighting off in the bios does alter the motherboard small lights, but all the fan lights and back of the memory etc stay the same.
What have I missed please., or will l I have to wat for help until Monday.

No, Windows was loaded, but at startup I went through the new user setup, and apart from the usual windows, I can see no other software. It might have missed a step in the build, because the Bios was dated November 2023, which I have now updated to 7th August just gone, I would have thought that would have been the first thing. Problem is I am not familiar with RGB, and assumed turning off aura light I think its called in bios would switch it all off. In fact I did not see the remote control at first, assumed there would be a switch somewhere. Awesome PC though, very pleased with the hardware.

I have downloaded several signal controllers apps, I could not find a specific one called signal RGB, and the ones I did install, I backed off when they wanted access to data not needed, two of them any data they wanted. I use my phone for banking so need to be careful, having been scammed some while back.

What I did find from a visual look, was a few wires coming from the RGB controller box mounted on an SSD mount, which went to the motherboard going to an ADD GEN 2 connector, which was right next to the Aura RGB HEADER connector which has nothing going to it. Is it possible this is a build error, or does it get Sync pulses from it, and not use the Aura RGB Header. The motherboard on the Katana is the Asus Rog Strix B760-F Gaming WIFI.
