There's just the 18 key set that are backlight friendly. These will fit any Cherry MX switch.

Silly question but how does one picture on the left showing all the keys on the keyboard have the normal UK large sized enter key, yet the image on the right showing all the individual keys separate does not show a UK large sized enter key being in the set?

It comes with both, standard is the US ANSI layout with the straight enter key. The kit comes with an UK ISO key bag with the larger enter key and different sized shift key etc.

Seriously, most folks who would be willing to spend £40 on keycaps have already spent £100+ on their mechanical keyboard. Most ones over that price have back-lighting.

Also looks like these won't fit on the Corsair's keyboards, at least my K70, as the windows key is different. Would be nice to get a compatibility list.

I have a ducky shine 5, and I dont want to lose the RGB LED functionality - hence why I want LED shine through caps.

Unfortunately there are currently no UK ISO Key caps that shine through These key caps do look and feel wicked though and as you can see from the pics that Potter posted they still look good with backlighting:
