Possibly worth a look if you're on the look out for a replacement / upgrade (dare I suggest!?) to the ever popular R1600T's; these are newly released in the current line of Eris speakers and expected Nov 8-10th...

My biggest worry would be the 3.5" drivers, which are even smaller than those of the R1600T
Agreed although it's only half an inch smaller. Saying this, that still equates to 12.5% smaller. The tweeter is actually bigger at 25.4mm (1 inch) versus 19mm, so 33% larger.

It seemed competitive for the price, matching the Edifers low price and I guess if you found it too small you could always trade up to the £150 4.5 inch speakers in the Eris line.
