I think I'll just go for a 425 since It's triple core, cheap, and has potential for kick.

To be honest,
ANYTHING above p4 is a huge upgrade!!

I remember my move from A64 San Diego which was better than p4 already to E2200 which is like half worse than AII 425 and the difference was not possible to be described by the words so if you jump from P4 to that....
