I just went from an xp3200 with 6800gt to a e4300 and 8800gts....

i just loaded CSS for the first time..... i nearly splooged in my pants.

Great upgrade, that Noctua heatsink will be great
Recently bought a noctua heatsink for my E6600, amazed at the temp difference, no fear of overheating once I start OC'ing
The graphics card will definetely show an increase in fps for you, i'd personally have picked a 2900xt but the GTS is an amazing card for the price.
Just run something like Oblivion or Call of Juarez and see the difference!

well my old rig in sig has never had a problem from any game i've played.but i got some spare money

i couldjust about strech to the 8800 let alone the 2900. i'll be waiting til 9series from nVIdia for my next upgrade.
