Speccing a desktop seems really easy compared to laptops.

I know theres quite a price difference between 1 and the other 2. Is a 3080ti comparible to a 4080.
I am a bit of a STRIX fanboy but last laptop was a 17" Aorus SLI. that has lasted 8+years...
Any thoughts or look in another direction.
