Conclusion
--------------------------------------------------------------------------------

4 crash dumps have been found and analyzed. No offending third party drivers have been found. Consider configuring your system to produce a full memory dump for better analysis.

Read the topic general suggestions for troubleshooting system crashes for more information.

Note that it's not always possible to state with certainty whether a reported driver is actually responsible for crashing your system or that the root cause is in another module. Nonetheless it's suggested you look for updates for the products that these drivers belong to and regularly visit Windows update or enable automatic updates for Windows. In case a piece of malfunctioning hardware is causing trouble, a search with Google on the bug check errors together with the model name and brand of your computer may help you investigate this further.

your computer overclocked?
as I used to get that file "ntoskrnl.exe" being the problem in my screen dump when my laptop was overclocked I upped the volts a little and it went away.
or lower the MHz down a little

unless you can recreate the error eg a few times so you can show someone the error so they can see it, you might not get a replacement with only one error.

see if you can keep doing it first so you have something to show as proof, then they have more to go on.

If you haven't set up too much on it yet it might be worth doing a factory reset on it and trying it without any additional software - such as Chrome - and see if it still happens. Run windows update as the first thing once the rebuild is finished as there are quite a few updates already and a couple helped some different problems I had.

I think Win8 also has some sort of refresh option built in but not used it personally.
Goes without saying, back up any personal data first though :)

My girlfriends just bought a new laptop from PC World, the g6-2244sa pavilion and she's getting this error also. Who the hell produces a laptop and doesn't give the stock speed enough volts?!

I'll try and do an update and see if this clears the issue. Other than that it's a nice laptop for the price.
