new laptop Windows reinstall question

just bought this:

• Windows 8.1 64
• Intel® Core™ i7-4700MQ processor
• Stunning Full HD 39.6 cm (15.6”) diagonal touch screen
• 16 GB 1600 MHz DDR3L Memory and 1 TB storage
• Nvidia 740M Graphics
• Beats Audio™ with 4 speakers and two subwoofers

they did not spend me reinstall cd(s) can i use a normal windows 8.1 64bit cd with its license key to reinstall windows on this laptop?
