New laptop

I need some advice about purchasing a new laptop. I am a landscape designer and need to replace my old laptop with something that can handle GIS, Global Mapper,CAD etc .

I would love to hear from anyone who has recommendations....

To be honest, most laptops with a dedicated video card will be fine.

Those apps require more in terms of CPU grunt, so an integrated GPU solution of an i7 and 8GB ram+ with an SSD would do.
