New laser printer is dotting when printing, any tips?

I have a new Samsung ML1865W, prints fast but I've noticed that on all prints I'm getting ink dots in the same places. It's brand new, and I intend on calling Samsung tomorrow just to see if it's the toner or what, but I was hoping someone here might have an idea.

So yeah, anyone know what might be up? Anything I can fix myself?

Try running a cleaning cycle.

I would vote for contacting Samsung and not mess around with the printer.
you may fix it but if it is a bit serious issue may return in future, I would bet it’s the drum that might be faulty so replacement part, but I know little about printer mechanics.
