My friend bought the M65 mouse. How hard can a mouse be to install? Well apparently impossible....

Downloaded Corsairs drivers.

I told him to uninstall his old mouse drivers and unsinstall from device manager... Which he did

plugged in the new mouse. Windows does it's thing and says it's installed but there is no movement or cursor at all. Even after the corsairs own drivers installed.

The Laser does not function. Restarts and uninstalls and different USB ports with no luck.

Anyone have any ideas. The mouse was bought from OCUK

Uninstall all mouse drivers including the Corsair ones. Then plug the mouse in, plug it into he USB 2 ports on the BACK of the case (motherboard IO panel). Then let windows recognise it.

I made an account to say thanks to everyone for helping me with quick replies about my M65 on the thread kindly posted by Supergluechris.

I received my replacement M65 today and it worked first time

Don't Buy the M65

Officially the worse mouse i have ever owned. To give you an idea there is also a problem with the sensor where it reads a straight line the same as a curved line. This is with the latest firmware, so STAY away I'm just about to get it returned.
