Oh Canada!
I'm picking up my 21" imac (2017 entry level 1080P model) in a couple of hours, and, having pretty much never used OSX before more than opening safari and going to youtube on my buddy's mac, I ask sage advice on learning resources for somebody wanting to deeply learn the operating system. Free online video courses, etc (I have a lynda.com membership)

Any tips for me?

Thanks!

The Missing Manual book is very good. There’s not one out for High Sierra yet but the differences will be fairly negilible. When I got my first Mac, this is what I got as I was in the same position as you and it was extremely useful. Being on paper meant it was easy to reference when I got stuck.
