New machine no post nothing?

My mobo died so I decided to have an upgrade

Old machine

Asus P5WDG2 WS Pro (died)
Antec 500W Phantom
E6600 duo
4Gb DDR2 800 crosair xms2 CAS 4 4 4 12
Nvidia 7950 x2 1Gb graphics
WD raptor 150Gb
Creative FX Music
Ninja synth with fan
Antec P90 case

New machine
Asus Striker 2 780i
Antec 500W Phantom
Q6600 2.4Gb
4Gb Dominator 8500 Crosair
Nvidia Zotac AMP 9600 GT 512mb
WD raptor 150Gb
Creative FX Music

I collected all my new parts today had a bit of a nightmare with delivery Overclockers were very good and refunded cost, however delivery people were not so helpful as they had already tried delivery twice anyway

after putting it all together and starting it up I set the CAS for the memory and set sli to 0% cpu ? then set the drives start up options, onboard peripherals etc all cpu settings Auto no OC saved settings rebooted and set vista to install went out, came back after 2 hrs and system displayed windows shutting down after powering up I get nothing no post, and the post screen thingy that comes with this board just says cpu int

anyone else had similar problem with this combo I have contacted OC see what they suggest I do is it the board, cpu or memory causing problems ?

Have you cleared the CMOS and then tried booting with one stick of memory?

Tried reset cmos removed all cards etc and memory still nothing post screen thingy just says CPU int I have re boxed it waiting to speak with support so I can see if they will exchange it for me after reading this forum looks like I am not the only one to have had these problems, I have waited a week I really need to get this sorted asap I was going to order another board and then see if they will just refund this one so I can get my machine up and running for the weekend, I will see what they say later they are normally pretty helpful.

ae the Intel chipset a better option ? what card should I look for replacement ?
