So looks like Ten Hag has been officially interviewed. He does seem to be the main candidate by all the noise coming out in the last few weeks.

It's going to be a 2 year rebuild minimum, there is simply no chance of doing all the activity we 'need' this summer. So I can see positions which are lower priority but still required like RB and the Rashford issue will be postponed until next year.

Surprised Tuchel or Enrique aren't being chased harder. I'd be looking towards them both over ten Hag.

Tuchel seems pretty clear that he's staying and Enrique is on the shortlist but he won't be available until after the world cup which means writing off another season and a summer of uncertainty.

Yeah too much noise now really. Will be interesting to see what happens this summer, so much work to do and a club that is not really competent.

Liverpool are far more likely to collapse without Klopp than City would without Pepe imo. I think he has added more in terms of players playing above their ability.

Ten Hag officially confirmed in 'the most obvious PR move of the week'

Also confirmed that two long standing staff are leaving in the summer. Chief Scout Jim Lawlor and Head of Global Scouting Marcel Bout. Unclear whether they're just leaving or were pushed.

Do any of you think Donny VDB will feature under ETH?

Who knows, I would expect him to be part of the squad. We have too many potential departures/arrivals this summer to be replacing players like that. He's already excelled in ETH's system too so hopefully it can help him regain form.

I think it will be around 5 too, with some promotions probably from the youth (Hannibal and Garner most likely, maybe one of Pellistri and Amad)
