new mb and cpu

i am thinking of upgrading to the following

Intel Core 2 Duo E6750 "LGA775 Conroe" 2.66GHz (1333FSB) - Retail
Gigabyte GA_P35_DS3R (Socket 775) PCI-Express DDR2 Motherboard

what do you guys think?

seems fine decent overclocking aswell

okay got all the parts and installed it not to bad pretty nippy.
Although had a few minor issues with installing the onboard sound with xp pro but was resolved with some tactfull driver tweaks.
also now dual booted with vista home prem and it rocks in vista nice and fast.
