New MB Graphics and poss mem..advice?

I have a E6420 775 chip and fan.

I have roughly £200 and need a new Motherboard, Graphics and poss mem.

Anyone suggest a build?

The reason I was going to go for that is ideally I would like to move to pci-e as i am agp but need the cheapest step up.
