Hearing that these may be released to coincide with lion next week. odds?

Pretty fair if you ask me. Rumours are pointing that way, from multiple sources, plus they're due an update if you look at the MBP specs.

I wouldn't buy one tomorrow, anyway. I'd definitely be waiting.

I think it's pretty likely,an overnight shift at Apple stores (which is happening tonight - wednesday) means something's happening. It could just be Lion, but it wouldn't surprise me if there was some hardware too, so I'd certainly be waiting and seeing. They're due an update, either way, even if it's not tomorrow, and don't make a good buy right now.

AllThingsD says to look for an announcement Thursday or Friday and that the new MacBook Airs will sport a Thunderbolt port, backlit keyboards, and 128GB and 256GB storage options.
