New mboard under £200

I'm looking for a new motherboard for my I-7 2600k.
Ideally, one that's good for overclocking.
Essential: must support crossfire (with a decent distance between the top x16 slot and the CPU since I have a big cooler), and PCIe3 would be nice.

Any suggestions?
I'm looking for something under £150, but can stretch to £200 if the benefits are worthwhile.

Under £150 i would suggest a Gigabyte Z77X-D3H or Z77X-UD3H.
