Hi, I'm looking to buy my first mechanical keyboard. I did some research about different cherry switches, Red and Brown are probably the ones which will suit me best. I use the keyboard for typing and gaming (Usualy FPS), the keyboard has to be quiet which some of the mech keyboards aren't.
I've never really had a chance to play with any mechanical keyboard expect the old spring ones but they were noisy as hell :o

Budget around 75 pounds I would say. I don't need macro's

Some of the keyboards that took my attention:

Corsair Vengeance K65

Qpad MK-50

CM Storm Quickfire TK But the layout is a bit wierd...

Most mech keybaords aren't 'quiet' - by quiet I mean they are louder than your average office keyboard.

What about a SteelSeries 6gv2? Used one at work for a while, nice bit of kit and within your price range. Quite a few streamers I watch use them too. :)

I don't have good experiance with Steelseries products, except for mouse mats.

Why is the layout weird on the CM Storm Quickfire?

OcUK use stock US photos by the way, not the actual UK product photos.

That numberpad...

EDIT:

Currently I have an Razer Arctosa but it's gettings old now... Some of the keys dont work and it became loud... All the keys ale loose..

Like Fuggan stated, mech keyboards aren't quiet when compared to a lot of membrane keyboards, but at least the noise is made by the switches and not keys rattling together. As far as the CM Storm Quickfre TK layout being weird, that's because it combines the number pad with the arrow buttons, etc. NUMLK on and you have a normal number pad, NUMLK off and you can use the arrow keys, ins, home, etc. As you know the Corsair K65 doesn't even have a number pad, which is fine if you never use one and the Qpad MK-50 is a regular full size keyboard.
There's also the Ducky DK2108 Zero which may be worth considering too.

That's why the k65 is currently the winner, full sized keycaps and no number pad which I never use.
