Woaah, nice chip! and welcome!

You should have full multiplier adjustment on that chip. I would try and up the multi 10 and set the FSB to 400 for 10x400=4GHz This will do nicely for starters.

Please post details of the rest of your rig i.e. RAM, MoBo, PSU, GPU etc.

edit: Just noticed you are running on water so forget question about cooler...
