New memory for system

Need a bit of help choosing some new memory.....

My system is currently - AMD X2 4400, 1gb corsair 4400 xms, 650 Tagen PSU, nvidia 7800gtx, dfi lanparty sli-d

Im looking to change the ram to a 2gb set - so can anyone recommend a 2gb ddr set of ram that works well with the dfi board? I going to stay away from corsair though so any suggestions?

For that lanparty board I like anything by G.Skill or OCZ.
