New Memory - Just Does Not Make Sense

I have two 512 sticks in at the moment and have a Lanparty 915p t12 motherboard

Bottom line is it has four slots (but both of them are different colors on the hardware ) and I am not sure if one is slower then the other

I used an app which tells me I have Hynix DDR2 memory running at 200MHz frequency

Can anyone say with certainty what memory I can buy to make this a 4GB machine??

I tried a kingston stick (xw4200an) which did not work!!!!

If I am going to take out existing ram why not go for DDR2?

Would this be better? Does crucial sell this stuff??
