New memory - PC crashing

I just bought some GeIL 2GB PC3200 Value Ram last week, was all working fine until tonight... Windows just kicked me out of WoW and onto the desktop with some weird memory error. I know that the bios was reading the memory at 2.5-2-4-8 - do you think this could be the problem?

Yes. Those particular sticks are only rated to run at 3.4.4.8. Set them to their default timings and I doubt the problem will persist.
